I confess that constipation is the major cause of my hemorrhoid. I was straining too much. Four years ago, when it began to swell i had no notion of what it could be. I was so afraid thinking that it might be something threatening to my health! I keep enduring the pain for about 2 months before going to a doctor. I was diagnosed with an external hemorrhoid that was quite the size of a pea!
